This post is about a cloth donation campaign that I took part in, donating a lot of my clothing items towards the needy specially during the hard times of COVID
With COVID striking the world, several people are on the ropes barely getting basic necessities. Clothing items such as shoes, shirts, pants can cost a lot for affected individuals.
Hence, me and my family decided to take part in a drive co-ordinated by a charitable association in order to support the society and caring for the needy people during these trying time of COVID. We donated clothes including essentials such as shoes, t-shirts and pants.
Taking part in such an act organized was very encouraging for me and made me feel thankful towards everything that I have. I felt a sensation of positivity as I realized I gave back to the community and helped others around us.
I hope to carry out a drive initiative as such on my own so as to give back to people such as labourers, gardeners and other workers who have supported in the welfare of the world and have had a huge positive impact on the earth.
